Nut allergy concern? Please emergency?!?
Okay so I suspect that I may be developing an allergy to nuts peanuts because the last few times I ate them, my throat got very tight and made it difficult to breathe. I took Benadryl a few hours ago because I ate peanut butter and kind of got a realization that maybe nuts are causing these symptoms I've been having, but it was already too lateand like I suspected, I got the symptomsI took two of the Benadryl but I still feel the symptomsI think the severity as they were before went down a little but I still feel it. Am I going to be okay if I take the Benadryl again once the 4 hour time period wears off? I don't have insurance and can't afford to go to the ER and I don't have an Epipenadvice? also will the Benadryl be okay?
When is allergy season?
im having what i think is an allergy attack, but i want to know if its allergy season. is it? or at least when is it?
I developed an allergy reaction after my visit to my friend's house. (hives)?
3 weeks ago, I was in Singapore for a holiday trip. I was totally fine before I stepped into my friend's apartment lot. However, when i woke up the next morning, I started to itch REAL badly and I have NEVER experienced anything like this nor any type of allergies in my life. After taking antihistamines like Xyzal the hives did go away but not for long it comes back hours after . I tried taking Piriton and it does help with the hives but only for a day the most. Can somebody help me with advises and suggestions? I really do not want to live my whole life with hives.
What is the best OTC allergy medicine for cats?
I'm allergic to cats and I'm supposed to go to my cousins house and I recently found out they have a cat. My spymtoms are Hives, Itchy eyes, bumps on legs one time , stuffy nose, and I don't know what else. I need to know what medicine I need to take over there. PLEASE HELP
Home royal jelly allergy test?
I am hypersensitive to many things and used to have to carry an epipen for my bee allergy... maybe 1 to 3 times a year i have to go to the hospital for some random anaphylactic experience... it makes me wonder why i couldnt just be allergic to grass. A few years back my family doctor passed away... he was the one who diagnosed me for say 15 years as severe allergy to bees. After he passed away, i was left without a doctor but didnt think much of it. one day i got stung in the leg and used my epipen as i was used to... my leg swelled up the size of a bowling ball and turned black... no matter how many times i went to see my new doctor about the disgusting reaction i had like i was in a wheelchair for a week . he told me i was NOT allergic to bees and that if i was i would have died. no matter how many times i told him i had almost died many times before AND that i had my empty epipen to show him did not matter. He was like mad that i asked for a new epipen. anyways that was like 5 or 6 years ago and i havent been stung since but i cannot get a new epipen for the life of me. every doctor i go to tells me that i cannot get diagnosed until i get stung again... anyways on to my question... i want to take royal jelly which is made by the bees for the queen.. there is one case of anaphylactic shock to a girl who had asthma and was allergic to bees and pollen... i had bad asthma as a child, and am allergic to bee venom but not pollen... i cant go to the doctor cause he thinks im crazy for asking about bees... my mom is allergic to bees too and she takes royal jelly without any problem... however I am uber allergic to everything... like mango's and poison ivy... to moldy bread and codeine, penicillin, stinging insects, wool.... also this is NOT all in my head I am terrified to get stung again cause the last time 5 years ago my throat was closing and i was in the USA at a theme park... I am canadian and they wouldnt take me to the hospital i had to cross back into canada before i could get medical help.so my question is how can i test myself to see if im allergic to this royal jelly stuff... i tried rubbing it into my wrist and waiting for a few hours with no effect mango reacts this way instantly . please help ?

Morphine allergy? Help needed!?
I have a problem with my shoulder where it dislocates all the time so i end up in the E.R. allot.About 4 months ago i was given morphine before they put my shoulder back in and i developed a raised itchy rash where they had injected it on my arm. The next time i had morphine was about a month later shoulder again and i got a rash all over my body so they gave me an shot of antihistamine poor spelling and the rash went down.So 6 weeks ago i had surgery on my shoulder and told the doctors about the reaction to the morphine they said they'd put a red band on me to make sure i wasn't given any morphine but they didn't in the end. When i woke up from the surgery i was ok but i couldn't stop my legs shaking and then my whole body started shaking and i couldn't stop it, i was pretty out of it but the nurses and doctors seemed pretty concerned and gave me a shot of something that made it stop.Does this mean i have an allergy to morphine or does this happen to everyone?If it is an allergy what should i do?The shaking was like violent rather then shivering

How do I explain my "allergy" to bees?
I am allergic to any type of biting stinging flies. I am more sensitive to any type of insect bite sting than most people. When I get stung by bees, I swell up a lot. More than normal. And I stay like that for weeks. No matter how quickly the stinger is taken out. I am always careful to ice and take benadryl too, so it isn't a lack of care on my part. I have never gone into anaphylatic shock, and my doctors have not prescribed an epipen, because what I have is not fatal. How do I explain this to people in less than ten minutes? I need to avoid bees, and it will be hard to do if I can't explain what is wrong.
Oral Allergy Syndrome help?
If you have oral allergy syndrome, can you tell me what is a safe tea to drink? I have a very sore throat possibly strep throat but I have no insurance and I know you can cure strep at home besides for the whole contagious part But I'm afraid as to what I can and can't eat Any advice on a good tea?And no I'm not positive as to what foods I can and can't eat. Although I've gotten a pretty bad reaction so far to nuts and rosemary. Help? What can a child with corn allergies eat?
My nephew has always had a soft stool but never any big reaction and we recently took him to the allergist and found that he has a corn allergy witch would explain the soft stool. The doc told us to keep him away from his allergens for a month witch is hard cuz almost everything has corn and hes four so its even harder. Any suggestions?the doc does not have any type of list of things he can or can not eat just told us to keep all allergins away for a month
I need some help with allergies.?
A few days ago I used Suave's Deodorant, and today when I looked in the mirror I saw my whole under arm was covered in red dots, along with a little of my back, and a few on my stomach, I know it's an allergic reaction because it was mainly in my underarms. It's happened before with a different brand and took 4 months to fully go away, is there anyway to make it go away faster, would zit zapper help?
