Question: Food allergies causing blocked nose?

I'm a 20 yr old male and i exercise and eat healthy. For the past few months, my nose has been blocked and my eyes feel really tired/ heavy/ swollen. I always thought it was allergies "in the air " from grass, pollen, etc. But i realized I stay indoors like 95 % of the time, I don't go out much and it doesnt get worse when i go out either. My sinuses don't have any "allergy- like " symptoms. No sneezing, running nose, no green or clear discharge, nothing..... I simply can't breath out through it. I even tried using the Neti pot and it still didn't let me breath through it. So I'm thinking it could be food allergies? Can food allergies cause symptoms like i listed above? |
